WetsuitGear.com Shipping Time WetsuitGear.com makes every effort to stock all of the products listed on our website at all times. When your in stock item ships, you will be notified via email. However, depending on season, demand, and product availability, we sometimes will not have a product in stock. Some items not in stock are instead "drop shipped" from the manufacturers warehouse directly to you. These products may take longer to arrive then items we have in stock and ship from our warehouse. Upon checkout, we will notify you if your product is being drop shipped and thus will take slightly longer to arrive at your delivery address.
Most Ocean Rodeo Products are shipped to your address directly from the Ocean Rodeo warehouse. If you are ordering a Ocean Rodeo Product on wetsuitgear.com, please allow approximately 1-2 weeks (Mainland USA addresses) for your item to arrive. We will update you when the item ships from the OR warehouse.
Expedited Orders We make every effort to ship your product on weekdays within 24 hours. Saturday and Sunday orders require a longer lead time and usually ship on Mondays. If you require overnight shipping, 2nd Day or have to have the product on a certain date, please call WetsuitGear.com customer service at 877-44W-SUIT to speak to a customer service representative that will assist you.

Here at WetsuitGear.com, we simply want to you to be happy with your purchase. We know you have many choices when it comes to buying a wetsuit, so our #1 goal is to make you, our valued customer, happy.
If you don't like the product, if it doesn't fit correctly or if the product just isn't what you thought it would be... simply return it for a refund or exchange.

- Contact our Customer Service Department for a RA# (Return Authorization Number) Please have your order # available for faster processing.
- Return the complete, undamaged and unworn product in the original packaging for a refund. Product must be complete with all the tags and packaging.

WARRANTY INFO
All wetsuits come with warranty information included somewhere on the suit or hang tags. Some even require you to register the wetsuit so the warranty is valid.
The best bet is to read all the information on the hang tag pertaining to the warranty. Keep this information with a copy of your WetsuitGear.com receipt which is your proof of purchase. In the event that you need to get the wetsuit repaired, you will need this information.
If you do need to send the wetsuit back for a warranty repair, send the wetsuit directly to the manufacturer. This not only speeds up the repair process, but the original manufacturer is the only one that can decide the outcome of the warranty claim.
NOTE: some wetsuit/drysuit manufacturers ask you to register your new product immediately. This insures they will have a record on file should you need to contact them regarding your warranty. The best thing to do is look over the product/warranty information that comes attached to the wetsuit when you receive it.
